Why Specialty Crayons Belong in Every Art Room
Specialty Crayola crayons do more than add a unique look. They get students thinking about color in new ways, noticing how metallics catch the light, how neon shades jump off dark paper and how a little glitter changes the whole feel of a piece. For younger learners, the novelty heightens excitement during art time and draws in kids who might otherwise tune out.
For older students, these crayons become tools for design choices and a more confident visual vocabulary. They are also a teacher's secret weapon for differentiating — the same lesson feels brand-new when students get a fresh palette, so one unit can stretch a lot further without losing anyone's interest.
