Order Inquiry for Registered Users

If you've registered for a Kurtz Bros. website account, you'll find a simple new interface for tracking your orders in the Kurtz Bros. system. Click on Order Inquiry to access the order search feature. You'll see a list of all open orders for your shipping address, a selector bar for other shipping addresses that you've created orders from (if you have any others), and a selector bar allowing you to filter the orders displayed. You can choose to view open orders, orders from the current year, and all orders (from this year and last). Once you've selected the shipping address and order type you wish to view, click the Display button to see a list of orders.

To display more information on an order, click on the order number in the list of orders. You'll see some header information for the order such as billing and shipping address, purchase order number (as assigned by you originally) and order date. Then, you'll see information for each order group under the order. Each order group is blocked together by shipment. The first group will contain the items originally shipped. Each order group after that will display items held on back order in the original, by their shipments. Each order group displays the shipment information and current status. For orders shipped via UPS, you can also click the link next to shipment method to see the current shipment status of your order.
