Saving an Order

You can now save an order for later processing in the Kurtz Bros. system. To do this, you'll need to register for a Kurtz Bros. account, as well as have the ability to create an order with your account.

Once you've created your order, you can save your order from the Shopping Cart by clicking the Process My Order Later button. Your order will be saved as a temporary requisition until you can finish it later. You'll see a screen where you can enter some order information such a description (for your tracking purposes) and other packaging information. Click Save to add the order to your saved requisitions. Once it's saved, your requisition will be assigned a requisition number with which to track the order, and you'll see a page displaying order information to this point.

Once you're ready to update or finish your order, you can access it by clicking Open Requisitions from the navigation bar. You'll see a list there of all the orders you've saved that have not yet been processed, as well as any other requisitions available to you in the system. Clicking on a requisition will load that order back into your Shopping Cart, where you can browse and search like normal. Once you're finished, you can either save the order again or Checkout to finish the order. After you've completed the checkout process, the order will no longer appear in the Open Requisitions list, but may be accessed under Processed Requisitions for reference.
