Order Inquiry for Unregistered Users

If you haven't registered for an account with the Kurtz Bros. website, you can view a single order through our order tracking application. Click on Order Lookup in the navigation bar at the top of the screen (under Resources). You'll see a form where you can enter your Kurtz Bros. order number (five digits) and year. You'll also need to enter your shipping address number (available on any Kurtz Bros. invoice or order receipt) or the credit card number used to create the order.

Once you've entered this information, click the Display Order button to view the order. You'll see some header information for the order such as billing and shipping address, purchase order number (as assigned by you originally) and order date. Then, you'll see information for each order group under the order. Each order group is blocked together by shipment. The first group will contain the items originally shipped. Each order group after that will display items held on back order in the original, by their shipments. Each order group displays the shipment information and current status. For orders shipped via UPS, you can also click the link next to shipment method to see the current shipment status of your order.
