It includes two shims with canvas and one 1/8" plain shim. Maximum slab dimensions 14" W x 36" L. Maximum slab thickness is 11/4. Assembled dimensions: 27 "W x 52"L x 40"H. 1 year warranty. Table mount is for table with leg kit.
